We want to be able to donate as much money to charity as possible; however, as with most projects, there are certain overheads that need to be covered. The basic costs for a concert are:
More extravagant concerts may incur further costs, such as:
No player or soloist in the orchestra takes any fee, which keeps costs to an absolute minimum. Over time, the orchestra has also developed connections with other ensembles and providers to help further reduce costs (e.g. Instrument hire, music hire).

- Music
- Publicity
- Temporary Event Licence (Local Authority license for live music, alcohol)*
- Refreshments (tea/coffee/wine/snacks etc)

* Depending what the venue is depends on this being required. A licensed venue i.e. a concert hall would be covered. Some Churches do not permit alcohol or gambling. Churches also may only be able to have certain amount of concerts per year.
** If the venue is particularly poorly lit or logistically difficult for an orchestra, there may be a requirement for extra lighting or stage provisions.
